Quail run is a small gated community of homes and townhomes (technically NOT Condos) located just North of Alton Baker park near the Willamette River bike path. This neighborhood was built in the early 2000s, and features 80 free-standing homes, and 27 attached townhouses. The area is close to the UO, Autzen Stadium, Willamette River, and Milrace Canal.
It is just on the border with Springfield, where recent revitalization of the Centennial Marketplace area to the East has attracted merchants such as Pursue Fitness, Bennedettis Gourmet meats, and more.
Throughout the summer many people in this area enjoy walking to Eugene Emerald's Minor League Baseball team games. In the Fall, the start of football brings excitement to the area and these homes are also within walking distance of Autzen Stadium and University of Oregon football games.
